Tim Burton did a wonderful job of entertaining us with his very eccentric production of Alice in Wonderland. It was spectacular, it was fun, and it was full of amazing characters. One of the most bizarre of the bunch was that quirky little Mad Hatter and because of this he’s going to the best character to be this Halloween with this year’s most amazing Mad Hatter costumes that have ever been seen.
There are several different things that made this fella stand out including his funky clothing, his bright hair and eyebrows, and his classic top hats. This year’s Mad Hatter outfits are not lacking with any of these features. Not only are the made well but they also fit well so you’ll be able to wear them for years to come and any kind of party or event that you attend. Here’s just a sampling of some of this year’s stand out costumes:
Prestige Costume
No one will mistake you when you’re wearing this incredible costume that has every detail that makes the Hatter so very famous. It’s got a great jacket, cropped pants, and a huge top hat to match. The hat has that classic bright orange hair (and it’s attached), with the typical 10/6 patch on the side. This outfit also stands out with its over-sized bow tie with a quirky print design.
There’s nothing more fun than visiting the dark side on Halloween and even the Mad Hatter has some Gothic costumes to choose from. The classic black costume has a dramatic and long jacket that has the coolest print designs. The pinstriped pants, the patterned bow tie, and the matching top hat just pull the look all together. Or you go a little more extreme with the Wicked Wonderland costume that has peace sign pants, a straight jacket coat that makes you look like you just left the loony bin, and a grotesque Mad Hatter mask that rocks! These costumes just exude everything that the Gothic subculture is all about.
Plaid Costume
If you want to make sure that you look different than everyone else then you’ll want to consider the plaid costumes. These outfits have the most amazing colors. Believe it or not, they’re a stunning combination of red, purple, yellow, green, and black, all in one. They have great jackets and vests, top hats that stand out, and bizarre bow ties. You may want to add a funky wig to this one to really make it pop.
